Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales maximization
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Basic administration
- Following company policies and procedures
- Assuring that showroom looks presentable at all times
- Be involved in stock control and management.
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Stocking shelves with merchandise.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- Matric
- 2 – 3 years’ retail sales experience
- Must be a consistent writer. Achieving +100% to FC with proven track record.
- Must have sales record of +R350
- Mattress or furniture sales experience required
- Computer literate
Skill:
- Must have a systematic work approach
- Must have excellent customer communication skills
- Must have good telephone etiquette
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Must be able to handle conflict
