Gardener
To establish and maintain Mediclinic garden/s to ensure planting and maintenance of healthy water-wise plants, neat and safe garden and entrance areas to enhance the safety and aesthetics of Mediclinic sites
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plant and trim gardens
- Maintain vegetation
- Maintain irrigation system
- Ensure continuous quality controls
- Ensure entrances are safe and clean for entry
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 10
- DESIRED EDUCATION: Grade 12
Skills
- Plants and shrubbery (what to plant where)
Fire,Fighting
Garden tools (e.g. rake; saw etc.)
Irrigation maintenance and set up
Fertilization and herbicides (and accompanying usage and safety protocols)
Trimming and pruning
Insecticides (and accompanying usage and safety protocols)
Occupational Health & Safety
