Duties & Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound interactions.
· Handle back-office activities.
· Handle multi-media and outbound activities.
· Provide and improve general customer services.
· Support marketing, sales and customer service processes.
· Perform vending, prepaid and easy pay activities.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
· National Diploma/National N Diploma in Business in Finance/ Marketing/ Commerce/Social Sciences/Business Management at NQF6 with 240 credits.
