Sales representatives present and sell products to clients or customers. The duty of a sale representative is to provide information about a product to a customer. Sales agents are the face of a company, as they are the ones who are in direct contact with the customer. They are responsible for providing customers with the best purchasing experience. Sales agents meet with potential clients/buyers and present a product or service to them. They also take orders from customers and deliver them on time to the customer. Sales representatives can get in contact with customers in person, through the phone, or through online digital media.
